Why I Teach Dance

Ever since I can remember, I have been dancing and assisting others to dance. From choreographing school dances to teaching dance to people twice my age as a 16 year old, over the years my self awareness and understanding of my craft has deepened and blossomed. When I dance everything else disappears- there is only this moment, this breath and the energy that moves me and moves through my body. I am limitless, infinite and without fear or doubt. I want everyone to experience this at least once in their lives (preferably once a week 😉). This is why I teach and what I teach- yes there are steps to learn but what I really teach is how to let go and just be the dance. I was born with the gift of dance and I want to share that gift with you.
