INTEGRATED SELF
Integrated self is an exploration of polarities, an ongoing dialogue with the body and psyche to integrate the opposites and experience a sense of whole-ness. This is a journey of deepening your relationship with your body and exploring movement as a way of embodying and integrating the multitudes of voices/ parts/ selves/ archetypes that live within us. The body is the container for as well as the physical expression of not just our flesh and bones but of the emotional, psychological and spiritual dimensions of our experience. The body is thus a gateway or portal through which we can access all levels and dimension of our experience. In this series we will create a body map of each energy centre, explore a pair of archetypes associated with the healthy and unhealthy expression of the chakra, and open a dialogue to make space for and integrate each pair of opposites.

These sessions will support you to:
★ Develop the mind-body-heart-spirit connection & a deeper relationship with your body
★ Learn about the chakras and their archetypes to gain a better understanding of these maps and how to use them to make sense of our experience
★ Develop interoception (awareness of sensations) and your kineasthetic awareness/ proprioception (awareness of your body moving in space) to build the capacity for resilience
★ Connect with your internal guidance system through wisdom of your body to gain clarity and a sense of greater wellbeing
and
★ Become a shadow dancer- shine a light on unconscious parts that are ready for integration to experience an expanded sense of whole-ness
