Now more than ever, it's crucial to choose JOY, to do what we love and make time for the things that make us come alive.
In these ever changing and uncertain times, we need a variety of different mind-body practices to address our wellbeing needs - one of the most important of these is to move our body while staying present to our moment by moment experience. Sometimes we need uplifting activities to raise the energy, while at other times we may need to slow down and connect with the stillness within. I offer a variety of classes that include a combination of Eastern and Western approaches to wellbeing so that you can experience activated and relaxed states of consciousness to expand your resilience, self awareness and capacity for embodied expression.
