I see the light in you.
Embodied presence makes you feel seen, heard, felt and understood on a physical and visceral level. Embodied presence is staying present in the moment to my body with compassion and embodied attunement, tracking and regulating my own nervous system responses while being the loving witness to your experience. |
Creative expression is essential to give external form to our internal experience. The creative impulse is the impulse towards life and is as vital as eating sleeping and breathing. When we follow the creative impulse it inevitably leads to what is healing.
D.W. Winnicott describes play as a transitional space where fantasy and reality/ conscious and unconscious come together. In this space there are infinite new possibilities available and we enter into a flow state. Play is the birthplace of joy.
Awareness is a superpower when used with intention. It is a powerful tool to transform the dark, heavy, painful, unhealthy and limiting aspects of your experience. Awareness can shine a light on your gifts to uncover the essence of who you are and break the cycle of over giving or perpetual caretaking.
There is no 1 magic pill or 1 ring to rule them all...Transformations that occur gradually over time are sustainable and leads to long lasting changes. It gives you time and space to create new neural pathways and develop resilience in the nervous system so you can integrate the changes internally as well as in your external world.
