UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Return to the Essence of who you are in Connection with Soul Community
Self care and community care are inextricably connected- we listen deeply to the whispers of spirit and gently hold each others heart songs to create an interconnected web of support.
Calling in the empaths, sensitives, rebels and cycle breakers….the over givers, rescuers and chronic caretakers....
This is especially for those who are always giving and lifting others up
It time to give back to yourself, to honour your sensitivity and step back into the fullness of your power and agency,
Move into abundance, vitality and your fullest embodied expression
This is a safe space to express all that you are, to be witnessed in your raw and unfiltered truth, feel seen, heard and held.
What to expect:
🌟 Experience the power of taking the time to turn your gaze inwards while siting in circle to amplify the field of connection
🌟 Reconnect with the wisdom of the body and our ancestors as the medicine for these times of disconnection and scarcity.
🌟 Embrace the path of practical spirituality- come back into right relationship with ourselves, each other and the cosmos.
🌟 Build your capacity to be the loving witness of all that arises, increase meta awareness and the ability to remain calm in the face of triggers
🌟 Attune to your intuition, your heart intelligence, gut intelligence and your inner guidance system

PREVIOUS WORKSHOPS
I was delighted to be invited to present to workshops at the Creative Mental Health and Self Care Retreat in Inverlock in May 2021 and 2022- Bollywood Dance for Wellbeing and Embodied Self Care-Medicine Drum and Dance.
Are you someone who is always caring for others, always looking after the needs of others and struggle to find the time to for deep rest and self-nurturing? We live in a world filled with external distractions and demands which makes it easy to keep ourselves permanently occupied in endless to do lists or activities. Even though we may value quiet time, we find it difficult to get beyond the mental chatter and all the conflicting demands that seem to constantly be pulling us in different directions. The intention with these monthly sessions is to provide a space where you can not only attend to your inner world and drop in to deep states but to benefit from the amplified field created by the group to journey deep within to that place of stillness, clarity and wisdom.
The medicine drum is a tool for healing and transformation that has been used therapeutically in many cultures since ancient times. The Medicine Drum Meditation experience brings together Native American drum medicine from the Shamanic tradition and the map of the human energy system/ chakras from the Yogic tradition to take you on a journey of sound, rhythm and sensation into deep states of relaxation and healing. Let the beat of the Native American Medicine Drum vibrate through your body and clear your mind as we journey through the energy centres (chakras) using the breath, attention, intention and drumming rhythms that are personalised for each group.

Testimonials:
"I had a beautiful session with Anjali - she has a knack of allowing the other person to be whilst holding space with so much love and compassion. Her experience in art therapy, counselling and movement allows her to connect with many parts of her clients enhancing the experience overall.
The actual drumming was very soothing and my skin was tingling most of the time. I felt like the music from the drums was falling like droplets on my skin. The sound made sure that I stayed in my body and felt at home within. The journey through major energy centres was simple yet profound. I appreciated less talk and more sensation and more of the 'allowing' to have my own unique experience.
After the drumming, Anjali provided me with art material to express a creative side of me. Now, I am not much of an artist, but when you have dropped down to such a beautiful space within yourself, you become a bit more daring, let your inhibitions down and allow the spirit to express through art." ~ Tanya Menon
"My experience at Anjali’s Medicine Drum Meditation workshop was incredibly transformative and therapeutic!
One can truly feel the drum medicine move and resonate through the bones. With the gentle guidance of Anjali’s meditation journey, I was able to look into myself and into my body and notice some of the things I carry that needed to released. The most profound internal realisation for me was reigniting my internal fire (solar plexus energy), that had been dormant for a while. I went home that day feeling like a changed women, with my passion, motivation and inspiration for life replenished within me! I cannot recommend this workshop enough! It truly helped me during my difficult patch."~ Aadhya Wije
"Anjali runs a great session. Hold the space with warmth and freedom for the personal place her drumming takes you - Powerful. I felt rejuvenated as expanded as a result. Loved the company too🤗🙏"~ Elisabeth Sophia Valente
"Anjali's Medicine Drum Meditation Workshop was an incredibly powerful, healing and cathartic experience for me. The shamanic drumming allowed me to tap into a meditative state effortlessly and the way she synced up the chakras with various elements was fascinating and illuminating... And I loved the way of encouragement in which we were invited to visualise what we wish to see, to manifest that new energy into our lives... The intimacy of the group was just perfect for the day. The synchronicity gave me goosebumps. I would recommend this workshop and Anjali’s skills as a practitioner to everyone ready for a magnificent day of creativity and healing."~ Tara Patwardhan-Kalra

Do you struggle to prioritise your self-care/ inner well-being? Are you busy all the time and find it difficult to switch off and relax? Do you need to get out of your head and into your body, to fully inhabit this present moment?
Moments of Stillness is a time for you to attend to your inner world, connect deeply with the stillness within and share with community in a sacred, safe and enjoyable way.
As a dancer and action oriented person, I found it very challenging to sit still and meditate untill I discovered there are many different pathways to finding and connecting with the inner peace and stillness which is always there within us. Moments of Stillness sessions are designed to get you out of your head and into the present moment using a combination of breathing techniques, guided meditation, movement, yoga and practices such as Qi-gong and tapping, and art making/ journalling. Experience a range of different approaches to integrate mind-body-heart and spirit and bring a sense of harmony and balance between these 4 dimensions of our experience. As above so below, as within, so without....
Over the course of this 7 week series you will experience: • Mindful movement • Mudras (hand gestures) to focus the mind and body • Chanting • Guided meditation and mindfulness • Rituals to cleanse, set intentions and let go of what no longer serves you • Breathing techniques • Visualization and guided imagery • Art making/ Journalling • Tapping • Tibetan singing bowl and Native American drumming |
