When was the last time you experienced the joy of dance?
Get out of your head and let your body do the talking with our unique and integrated Bollywood dance class that combines meditation/ mindfulness, yoga, qi gong, dance technique and physical theatre to provide a holistic workout for the mind, body, heart and soul. ★ Learn new ways to move the body and express yourself ★ Develop your mind-body connection and feel confident in your own skin ★ Experience the joy of dance and being in the body ★ Connect with muscles you never knew you had and ★ Let your inner superstar shine! |
When it comes to mind-body health (rather than mental health) and wellbeing, there are certain things that the body and mind needs that we all know but rarely do with intention and attention.
We all know we need to stretch- our body is practically yelling this at us everyday in the form of aches, pains, habitual tensions and ways in which we seem to love to crumple and fold our body in ways it was never designed to do!! Each session includes a combination of gentle stretches, dynamic and static stretches, joint openers, functional movement and gentle release followed by a guided relaxation meditation. By the end of this session, you will feel recharged and revitalised and your body-mind will love you for it! |

Video recordings of each session will be available for a week after the live class.

-Please download Zoom to your tablet or mobile from the app store or to your computer from zoom.us
-A laptop is preferable as the screen is larger which makes it easier to follow the movements in class.
-Ensure you have decent wifi (you can turn off your video to improve the connection or look into setting up a wifi booster/ extender if required)
-Ensure there is enough space for you to move without banging into furniture.
-Wear something comfortable and colourful, take some time to set up your space.
-If you have any medical conditions or mobility issues that will affect your ability to engage in the session, please contact Anjali on info@embracingspirit.net

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of term bookings prior to the classes start- Full refund
- Cancellation of term bookings after the first class- 50% refund.
- No refunds on cancellations after the term has commenced.
- Payments are not transferable to the next term although someone else can attend the class in your place.
