Now more than ever, it's crucial to choose the healing power of joy, to do more of what we love and make time for the things that make us come alive. In these ever changing and uncertain times, we need a variety of different practices to address our wellbeing needs - one of the most important of these is to get out of our heads and into our body and bring us back into our present moment experience. Sometimes we need uplifting activities to activate our nervous system and raise the energy, while at other times we may need to slow down and down regulate. When we move through stress and reset our state, we activate the relaxation response so the body and mind can recharge and our natural self healing systems are switched on. I offer a variety of classes that include a combination of both up-regulating and down-regulating activities to experience activated and relaxed states of consciousness to not only regulate but tune your nervous system and expand your resilience, self awareness and capacity for embodied expression.
